SOBRE LOS \u00c1RBITROS EN EL CIADI<\/h3>\n

  • El CIADI es un organismo administrativo pero los \u00e1rbitros son parte de un universo internacional e intervienen en distintos procesos; hay \u00e1rbitros que en su formaci\u00f3n como abogados privilegian el capital sobre los Estados, pero no se puede generalizar; en todo caso, al haber un laudo final, el Ecuador se pronunciar\u00e1 sobre el laudo y no sobre los \u00e1rbitros.<\/li>\n
  • No se puede hacer una cr\u00ed\u00adtica en contra de los \u00e1rbitros porque no ser\u00eda l\u00f3gico al encontrarnos dentro de un proceso donde ellos no han tomado todav\u00ed\u00ada una decisi\u00f3n, m\u00e1s bien hay que ser objetivos en hacer pronunciamientos de las actuaciones que se han dado hasta ahora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    SOBRE EL ANUNCIO DEL GOBIERNO DE RETIRARSE DEL CIADI<\/h3>\n

    • La decisi\u00f3n del Gobierno de retirarse del CIADI no tiene ninguna incidencia en el caso Oxy y no ha sido materia de discusi\u00f3n dentro del Tribunal ni dentro de este proceso arbitral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
